Lambert + Associates is searching for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, of English mother-tongue and fluent in French, for CDI contract in Paris starting as soon as possible.


Lambert + Associates is searching for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, of English mother-tongue and fluent in French, for CDI contract in Paris starting as soon as possible.

1. Logistical Assistance

•Daily management and updating of the CEO’s complex personal and professional agenda (on paper and ICal)

•Special logistical assistance during Fashion Weeks (5 months a year):

- Show ticket requests
- Preparation and updating of a constantly changing agenda on Excel, chauffeur coordination, communication with the teams regarding clients and prospects (meetings, welcome letters, gifts, staying up to date on all clients’ agendas…), showrooms meetings and walk-throughs, lunch and dinner organization…

NY, London & Milan :
- Coordination with teams in each city on all the above aspects

•Organization of meetings, in and out of the office (space booking, meals, travel plans), and follow up emails post-meetings
•Organization of phone and video-conferences, skype…
•General bookings and reservations : (restaurants, conferences, meeting spaces...)
•Travel organization : hotels, car service, airport transfer, taxis…

2. Oral and written representation in French and English

•Handling calls, messages
•Handling post, packages, emails, letters (receive, reply, transfer)
•Writing announcements to the group from the CEO, letters and emails to clients, etc…
•Creating various charts, tables and presentations

3. Assistance with Group business development:

•Assisting in putting into place a development policy; handling group database, including CEO contacts (recording business cards, regular updating, synchronizing contacts on mobile phone…), and sharing of information within the group
•Researching information before meetings; follow up with the COO and senior consultant in charge of development
•Researching prospects and analysis of opportunity
• French/English translation
•Event management (invitations, handling supplier invoices, decoration…)

Plus any other task requested by the CEO
